Weekend Knitting

I spent most of the weekend doing some "just for fun" knitting. Here's the evidence:

A cotton dishcloth/hot-pad for my sister, the Illini (Univ. of IL basketball) fan:

The Baby Kimono from Mason-Dixon Knitting...used Caron Simply Soft in Papaya:

And finally, the first two squares for a new baby blanket - for a friend who recently had her second son...yarn is Plymouth Encore:

I am so happy I found your site. It appears we have more in common than knitting! I'll let you know when I complete the "world renound" triple lindee patern. It will be soon!

Wow! You are like a knitting machine!
The dishcloth is just great, so simple but yet so different! I'll have to keep that idea in mind!
The kimono is darling!
